Je vais vous expliquer comment construire un double garage en sous-sol et pour qu’il soit opérationnel.

On commence par prendre un terrain relativement grand.

On place cote à cote les entrées de garage.

A 1 carré des extensions on construit une fondation.

Sur cette fondation on place un papier peint avec une bande en haut et en bas.

On ouvre la fenêtre de code et on tape :
boolProp constrainFloorElevation false.
De chaque coté des allées de garage on place des escaliers le second à partir du palier du premier et le troisième à partir du palier du deuxième.

Avec la touche CTRL on retire ces escaliers.

Avec l’outil aplanir le terrain on part du dernier palier on se déplace jusqu'à la fondation.

On la redresse en partant du bout de la fondation on se déplace jusqu'à la partie déformée.

Vous voyez tout est rentré dans l’ordre. Vous pouvez voir que le terrain est baissé à la bonne hauteur car on peut voir le papier peint avec les 2 bandes.
Maintenant pour former la pente, toujours avec l’outil aplanir on se place sur le 1° palier formé par le 1° escalier et on passe par-dessus l’allée de garage pour rejoindre le palier de l’autre coté.

Avant de nous occuper de cela nous allons adoucir les angles que l’on voit.

On prend l’outil abaisser le terrain et tout du long de chaque palier on donne un clic

C’est un peu mieux. Maintenant nous allons coller les allées et les extensions, sur la pente.

Avec la touche CTRL on prend la première allée et on la supprime.
Et oui le terrain remonte pas de problème il y a un truc !!

Et miracle notre allée revient collée au terrain.

Toujours avec la touche CTRL on retire la 2° allée.

Les extensions sont toujours en l’air, nous allons faire la même chose pour elles aussi.
La touche CTRL on retire la 1° extension.
Dés que l’on soulève l’extension le terrain se lève aussi pas de soucis.

Mais comme vous pouvez le voir dés que l’extension est enlevée le terrain reste en bas.

Pour la faire réapparaitre on clique sur la flèche de retour.

La 2° extension on retire avec la touche CTRL et on clique sur la flèche retour pour la faire revenir collée au terrain.

Il reste maintenant à retirer le code on ouvre la fenêtre avec les touche CTRL+majuscule+C
On tape: boolProp constrainFloorElevation true.
On construit le mur entre les allées et les extensions.
